Review: Spunk Lube

Things that are unique have this tendency to catch my attention. I guess one could say that I am attracted to the weird and unusual. So needless to say, when I first heard about Spunk  Lubricant I knew I had to get my hands on some and Jeff the guy behind it was kind enough to send me some. 

Spunk Hybrid

First off let me say that this a lubricant that mimics the look and feel of cum. Second off it's called Spunk, a term that I myself often use when referring to male ejaculate. Third off it is a Hybrid, which means it is a water based silicone lubricant. Right there that is already three things this has going for it.

I am not sure if I can adequately state how and why I love Spunk Hybrid, but I shall do my best. Spunk Hybrid is honestly one of best lubes I have encountered to date. It is long lasting, never became sticky or tacky even during extended play time.

I only needed to use a small amount and never had to reapply, not even during an intensive anal masturbation session with a dildo. It even held up under a extremely long masturbation session that I had one afternoon (think 1 hour +) As with all hybrid lubricants it is safe to use this with latex condoms, and after doing a small patch test on the base of a few of my higher end silicone dildos I even used it with them. In the end I was able to test it during both anal and vaginal play with a variety of different toys and materials. It worked well in each and every instance.

I even did a patch test on a set of old sheets that I have hand, and can report that it is non staining and easy to wash out. I also did not notice any staining left behind on either my leather strap-on harness or my nylon one. It was also easy to clean up. I was expecting that to perhaps be an issue given its lasting power, but nope came right off with some soap and water (or in the case of the leather harness a baby wipe and some wiping) I am not saying it cleaned up in a snap, just that it was hella easier than I was expecting given its lasting powers.

The 8oz bottle comes in a pump bottle which makes it easy to dispense. When I received it in the mail it was in a plain padded envelope with the bottle itself sealed inside of plastic to protect against any unwanted leaking, oh if only every bottle of lubricant came this way. 

Overall Spunk Hybrid is great lubricant and I would recommend it to anyone who is search of something unique that actually works well in any type of setting. And yes, it does look and feel like cum, which was an added bonus.
