Better, more detailed and 100% accurate
as to my experience with the company!
First off let me begin by stating that
I live in the United States and that Pink Cherry is a Canadian based
company. At first I was slightly hesitant to order from them, my
main issue was shipping. I was afraid that it would take a long time
to receive my package and/or that the free shipping offer was not
valid on orders destined to the US. Well my fears were not
justified. I have ordered from them a total of three times so far and
each time I have received my order within a week. I also was able to
receive free shipping on all orders for ordering over a certain
amount. But more on all that later.
So, lets begins with their site. It is
easy to navigate and has fairly good product pictures and
descriptions. Both of these things made it easier to find items to add to my shopping cart. They also carry a lot of items. The over abundance
could easily overwhelm a person that is unsure as to exactly what
they are looking for, but I found it to be a welcome relief. One
could pretty much order everything from sex toys, lubrication,
lingerie, condoms, batteries- well I think you get the point.
Another thing is their prices. Their
prices are lower than competitors. Combine this with a large variety
of items that they have available and a person is bound to find
something to fit their personal budget. All three of my orders
easily included over 7 items each, and none of them even came close
to going over my budget limit. And so you know my budget limit is
not in the hundreds of dollar but rather under a $100 per order.
Shipping was very discreet. All three
of my orders were shipped in simple plain brown boxes with the sender
being listed as TBMBM.
There was no detailed customs
slip anywhere on the outside of my package that could alert nosy
neighbors, family or roommates as to what was actually inside,
instead the item descriptions were listed as novelty. I tried to get
a picture of that, but sadly the images came out blurry.
Like I said above, shipping was fast.
I received all three packages via UPS within a week of ordering.
Which was a little bit of shock as they are mailed from Canada. Now
others, depending upon their location in US. Something to consider
is at this time they can not ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or
APO's.
Each of my orders were neatly packed
and were complete without any flaws or items missing/wrong. Every
item that I received was as described on their site.

Overall I would have to say that my
experience with Pink Cherry has been a very positive one. Each order
went smooth and I have yet to be disappointed. I would encourage
others to go and check them out. Really the only issue that I have
with Pink Cherry is that because of them I now have moved onto
another dresser drawer for storage due to all the wonderful items
that I have bought from them. And really, is that such a bad thing?

ReplyDeleteYou were lucky. IF you want to be treated like a criminal buy from this company. I wanted to buy more sex toys so I decided to buy another Joyboxx, a specific sex toy box. ReplyDeletePinkcherry.ca's website accepted my order but then instead of a shipping notice, I was sent a suspected fraud e-mail and that my order was cancelled. I wrote them and contacted my credit card company. The fraud dept of my card assured me the purchase was approved and nothing wrong on their side. I have an excellent credit rating, for the record. Anyhow pinkcherry.ca then implied it is my address on my account. I used this account several times before and my address is still correct. I tried the purchase through PayPal as it was first advised with the suspected fraud e-mail. I did not want to use PayPal. Same thing happened. The company is refusing my orders due to my flagged account. They are treating me like a criminal. I just bought toys elsewhere weeks ago but they don't sell this toy box. I wrote Daniel Freedman, the CEO and left him a phone message. All has been ignored. I also wrote the president and no response as well. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Buy elsewhere unless no choice.
