At one time this was my go to company when I felt like expanding my toy collection. Over time this has slowly changed. While they are still the most widely recognized sex toy company their quality and customer service sadly have gone down over the years. Their site is easy to navigate and neatly arranged so that buyers can easily find products that they are looking for. They offer free shipping on orders that are $69 or more(Just remember to enter code 69SHIP), and any order over $17 is eligible to receive a free gift. The free item is either a mystery DVD or sex toy. Their shipping is discrete as stated on their website, your order will either arrive in a plain envelope or simple brown box.
First off their order processing and shipping is slow unless you pay for quicker methods. I'm talking about taking in upwards to four weeks from ordering until the shipment has arrived at your door.
Secondly, while they offer discreet shipping they will place you on a mailing list. While I have no issue receiving pornography and sex toy mailings in my mail box some people do have issue with that. They also sell your information to third party mailing lists, which I do have major issues with.
Thirdly it seems as if the majority of onsite deals and e-mail promotions are targeted more towards a male audience. While I love pornography and readily admit to watching it I really do not have need for stroker. I have a vagina of my own. So it would be nice if perhaps more of their deals involved vibrators or dildos. Fourthly, I find that prices tend to be a bit higher than a few of their competitors. Since I am on a budget this has a huge impact on my ordering habits there.
Finally the reviews are often times lacking. While other site also allow user generated reviews many of them have a format that they ask reviewers to follow. A few sentences might not be enough for a person to get an idea as to the worth of a product, also would be nice if more pictures of products could be included along with a more detailed product description.
So in short, if you are really in the market for either your first sex toy or just looking to expand your collection you might want to look around. This company is not what it once was.
I think if Adam&Eve would just do away with the mailers, third party sharing, encouraged more detailed reviews from users that they might be able to get more points here and again become a place I might send people to for sex toys.
